Standard Package; $225 Per Property

This package aims to help you see the property and surrounding areas from multiple angles and altitudes.

Each project will be assessed by what is needed by each client and an individualized quote will be made accordingly. The following list contains various options/ideas of what’s possible.

Drone Videos

Ground-Level Videos (6-foot elevation)

• 360 rotation from front, center, and back of property

• Entry to property - fly to/into property from access road

Low Elevation Videos (20-30 feet in elevation, or just above tree line)

• 360 rotation from property center

• “Tour” of the property beginning from a location where you might enter the property

• “Loop” around the property, facing “in” toward the property while flying around the loop, flying outside the property line to keep the property in view

High Elevation Videos (200-300 feet in elevation)

• 360 rotation from property center

• Two “loops” around the property, depending on size of the property

• One video “close” to the property

• One video “far” from the property, striving to keep the entire property in the frame of the video

Other Features, if applicable

Videos of any other highlights that may be useful for you to have documented footage

Drone Photos

Some clients choose to receive just video footage of their property, and create “still” images themselves by capturing screenshots from the videos. If you want drone photos, please be sure to specifically request those images.

Ground Photos

(Note: We will only enter properties with consent from the landowner. We will require name and phone number so we can contact them ourselves. If we are unable to obtain consent from the owner, we will be unable to take photos inside the property, but can take pictures from the access road, etc.)

• Picture(s) of access road leading to property

• Picture(s) of access road adjacent to and/or in the property

• Picture(s) of utilities observed at the property, if applicable

• Picture(s) of any structures on the property, if applicable

• Pictures of interior of property showing general vegetation

• Pictures of any scenic highlights - views of mountains, bodies of water, etc - viewable from within the property

I will only enter a property if we have owner permission to physically be on the property. If no approval is communicated before our visit, I will not enter the property.

Photos to display the best features of your home on the interior and exterior.

• Standard Package: Up to 35 Photos; $250*

• Premium Package (for larger properties or multiple angles of medium/smaller properties): 50+ Photos; $300*

• *above prices do not include $50 editing charge

Optional Add-On:

• Drone Photos; $125

  • 25+ photos: Eagle Eye, 400ft elevation, 100ft elevation, Rooftop elevation, etc.

With all the scammers out there these days, rest assured that you’ll receive your pictures/videos first, and then will be invoiced after you confirm you’ve received your images.

Each assignment will be evaluated, and the client will receive a bid as quickly as possible including all expenses including travel (we are based in Leander, Texas) and asset preparation/delivery.

Prices do not include editing - fee for editing will be determined based on quantity of images collected.

Jobs will incur a fee of $25/hour of drive time to/from location.

Let me know if you need a COI and/or to be listed as an additional insured. If you require more coverage, that added fee will be included on your quote and invoice.
